One press of a button puts you in voice contact with our local Adelaide monitoring staff, who are trained to assist with medical and duress situations.
We will immediately communicate with your contact person as applicable.
Our staff will automatically send an ambulance if we can’t verify the situation with you, plus notify your nominated contact.

Pendant or Watch

If you have a pacemaker you cannot wear the Alert unit as a pendant. Instead, it can be attached to a belt clip. Like a cellular phone, the Alert unit must be kept at least 15cm from your pacemaker at all times.
For an additional fee we can supply and install (Adelaide Metro area) the combination locked KEY SAFE to an exterior wall, for securely storing entry key/s that will enable access by emergency services, if nobody is able to answer the door.
Built in Speaker & Mic
The watch and pendant have built in speaker and microphone, so that you can hear and speak to us directly once the alert system has been activated.
Pendant or Watch
They are small, lightweight and water resistant. Practical for wearing at all times.
Voice Confirmation
The pendant and watch have voice confirmation to signal you that the alert has been activated, for reassurance that help is on the way.
Battery
The system has a battery that requires daily charging for peak performance.

Your systems is connected wirelessly via 4G mobile network, GPS and Wi-Fi.
