A Clarke Personal Alert System will give you 24/7 emergency support.

One press of a button on the unit or worn pendants puts you in voice contact with our local Adelaide monitoring staff – who are trained to assist with medical and duress situations.

They will immediately contact ambulance, police, fire, and your contact person as applicable. We will automatically send an ambulance if we can’t verify the situation with you, and notify your nominated contact.

Our monitored Clarke Personal Alert System will keep you or a loved one safe and secure around the home, to maintain personal independence, and giving your family peace of mind.

No phone line or internet connection is required, your system is connected wirelessly via the 3G mobile network, and it by-passes the NBN.

One pendant or wristband included, and additional ones can be purchased.

  • Buy for $380 – and only ($200.00 excluding GST) per year monitoring

Government Rebate

To be eligible for a rebate, an application must meet ALL the criteria and requirements of the Personal Alert Systems Rebate Scheme – part of the criteria includes:

  • are aged 75 years or older (people of Aboriginal descent must be 65 years or older)
  • have a Centrelink or Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Pensioner Concession Card
  • are a permanent resident of South Australia
  • have sought an assessment for a Commonwealth Home Care Package (HCP) and been
    approved for a level 1 HCP or assessed as not eligible – visit My Aged Care or call 1800 200 422 to arrange for an assessment
  • meet the additional clinical, functional and social criteria requirements.

Pendant or wristband Included

Small, lightweight, and water resistant – practical for wearing at all times. They have a range of 300 metres, for home and garden coverage.

Pendent light Confirmation

The edge of the pendant flashes red to let the user know that their alert for help has been activated, for reassurance that help is on it’s way.

Built in Speaker

The monitoring unit has a built in speaker so that if within range, you can talk to us directly once the alert system has been activated.

Backup Battery

The system has a backup battery – lasting up to 48 hours, so that it continues to work in the event of a power failure.

Safety Check

The Personal Alert System conducts an automatic daily silent safety check – to ensure reliability for when it’s needed.
