One press of a button puts you in voice contact with our local Adelaide monitoring staff – who are trained to assist with medical and duress situations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will immediately contact ambulance, police, fire, and your contact person as applicable.
Our staff will automatically send an ambulance if we can’t verify the situation with you, and notify your nominated contact.
Your monitored Clarke Personal Alert System: SEVEN LiTE, will provide total peace of mind for you or a loved one to be safe and secure around the home, and help maintain personal independence.
No phone line or internet connection is required, your system is connected wirelessly via the 4G mobile network, and works totally independent of the NBN.

Easy Press Pendant
Installation includes a pendant or wristband, and additional ones can be purchased.
Plus a $25 Easy Press pendant accessory is available – which has a large button surface area to make it easier for people to press than a normal button.
** Fall detector pendants are also available upon request **
For an additional fee we can supply and install (Adelaide Metro area) the combination locked KEY SAFE to an exterior wall, for securely storing entry key/s that will enable access by emergency services, if nobody is able to answer the door.
Government Rebate
To be eligible for a rebate, an application must meet ALL the criteria and requirements of the Personal Alert Systems Rebate Scheme – including:
- Be aged 75 years or older (65+ years old if of Aboriginal descent)
- Pensioner Concession Card holder
- A permanent resident of South Australia
- Living alone, or with someone who is unable to get to a phone in an emergency

The government website is being updated to add Clarke Security to their list of: Approved alert systems and suppliers.
If you are approved, the government will pay:
- Up to $380 for the purchase & installation of the system
- Up to $200 (+GST) per year for the monitoring service
For the Clarke Personal Alert System, the government will therefore normally cover the cost of the unit, and monitoring.
Plus we install the unit for you if you live within the Adelaide metropolitan area.

As well, they offered the best deal for installation and monitoring and through my government rebate I have not had to pay any additional monies.
